How do I place an order?

Placing an order on the onno-webstore.com is very simple. After you have selected the size and finish of your favorite jewel, click on the button 'Add', you will be referred to the jewel file, where you choose the number, any size and finish. Then click on "PLACE IN BASKET". The chosen jewel is now in your shopping basket (see top right). Once your shopping basket is complete, select "CONTINUE CHECKOUT".

You now have 2 options

1- Pay as a guest (every time you buy something on the onno-webstore.com you have to enter this information back)

2- (RECOMMENDED) Register yourself (you only have to enter this information once and can log in next time and view your history)

After this you choose a delivery method and a payment method. After your payment has been accepted via the secure website of HIPAY, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will receive an e-mail from us once your order has been shipped together with the tracking number so that you can also follow the order yourself.

How do I register as a new customer?

To register as a new customer click on "MY ACCOUNT" at the top left. After this click on the button "CREATE AN ACCOUNT". Then we ask you to complete a number of details to make your registration complete. Every time you place an order you have the possibility to change your data and to add a new delivery address or to change an existing address.

What happens to my personal details?

Your personal information will only be used to manage your order. We will in no case pass on your details to third parties.

I forgot my password. What now?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password. To do this, click "MY ACCOUNT" at the top left. In addition to the LOG IN button you can forget the link "your password?" Click, enter your e-mail address now and an e-mail will automatically be sent with a new password.

How do I determine my size / length of a jewel? 

Determine the bracelet size

For your bracelet size you measure the circumference of your wrist. You can do this with a measuring tape, or for example with a string which you then place next to a ruler. You measure the circumference of your wrist directly under the nodule on the side of your little finger. Then add 2 centimeters and you have your standard bracelet size. If your wrist circumference is 17 centimeters, your bracelet size is 19 centimeters.

Determine ring size

Buying ring for your partner as a surprise? Use one of her rings that she often wears to determine the right size. Download  Ring size wizard  Use our ring size wizard to determine the right size download our pdf and print it at 100% (check that the reference line is exactly 5 cm) Put your existing ring on the different rounds until you find the right size. The number in the middle of the circle is your size. 

You can choose from different sizes with each ONNO Ring. If your size is not listed here, you can always contact us via info@onno-webstore.com to have a ring tailored to your needs.

Important tips

• If you doubt between two sizes, always choose the larger size.
• The size of your fingers is influenced by, among other things, temperature (cold, heat) and circumstances (pregnancy, hormones, illness, heavy labor). Try to measure your finger at as neutral a moment as possible and at room temperature.
• If you buy a wide ring, choose a ring size that is half to a whole size larger than your standard size. After all, wide rings feel tighter around your finger.

How can I be sure that my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed and your payment confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will receive a next e-mail as soon as your parcel has been sent.

You can also view the overview of your orders online via 'My account'.

In which countries can I place orders online?

Currently onno-webstore.com delivers worldwide.

Can I also purchase ONNO gift certificates in the web store?

Currently this option is not yet available but Yes! Jekunt will soon be buying gift vouchers in our web store, where you can choose between two types: one via e-mail and one per post.

Can I also use ONNO gift vouchers for the payment of an online order?

Currently this option is not yet available but Yes! You will find a unique code on each gift voucher. You need this code with your order. Check and confirm your order. Then enter the code in the 'gift voucher' field in your shopping cart. Then you can complete the order.
